Dear friends

The Estonian Association of the Deaf received less support for organising the 7th European Deaf Arts and Culture Festival than we expected. At the moment, we are co-operating with the Salvia board to make changes in the budget, which will hopefully be ready by 11 March. Most probably, the festival will be shorter than planned. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
